Upon receipt of your order, you are fully responsible for the condition of it, thus checks should be carried out immediately upon delivery.

At, we pride ourselves on the quality of service we provide, from order experience to order receipt, from order delivery to the quality and durability of our products when fitted. Once your order has been shipped with our courier, we are not responsible for any adverse weather, traffic, or third-party negligence which has caused a delay or cancellation in your order.

If you do not let us know of any issues with your order at the point of delivery, we reserve the right not to replace or refund your order. If, upon delivery of your order, there is anything you believe to be wrong, you must contact us via email ( or by telephone (+44 0844 415 8085). advises against fitment of the product if there is any doubt about compatibility.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to withhold any order or payment received which was incorrectly placed, however we always try our best and be as understanding of the situation as possible. We will not be held responsible for any delay or losses in the event of any order placed with incorrect information. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed and do so within a timeframe of our discretion.

If there is ever a technical problem where we require the need to suspend our services and an order has been placed, you will be contacted with an update of your order and information on the fulfilment of it.

To feel safe when shopping online at, we can offer to exchange or return your product for a refund within 30 days of receipt of your online order.

In the case of a refund, the original amount paid for the returned product(s) will be refunded upon receipt of the item at our premises. If the returned goods are not packaged well and/or are not received by in the same condition and quantity as originally delivered, an amount equivalent of the diminished value of the product will be deducted from the payment to be refunded.

If a product has been supplied with a security tag and the security tag has been cut & the product shows signs of fitment, a re-working charge may be deducted from the refund amount to cover the costs of re-working the product back into saleable condition.

In the case that a product is supplied with a ‘Return to Supplier Warranty’, any products sent back under warranty in the 2-year warranty period will be sent back to the supplier for a warranty test & report. The product will then be bench tested to OE specification and stripped down to determine the cause of premature failure. If this product is inspected and found to be working in the test report, or has not failed due to a manufacturing defect, this will be rejected for credit. In this situation we reserve the right not to replace or refund your order. There will be a technical note included in the box with your order advising of this. However, we always try our best and be as understanding of the situation as possible and will try our best to come to an agreement with the supplier in the best interests of the customer.

Refunds are refunded back to through the original payment method.
